The week has been pretty intense, filled with learning various yoga postures, experiencing what its like to be in a prenatal and in a chair yoga class (the latter is mainly for "older" people), writing essays and eating banofee pie. I have to spend some time on this pie.... to me it is proof that, as "my" Yogi Vishva says, "God lives in India"... completely and totally irresistible. His evidence is more that you just have to look at any major road crossing in India to appreciate that this is where he lives -- things would just not be working if he didn't.
