After that massive trek (and a nap) I figured I deserved some food therapy so headed into town to What's Hot in Kampot. It's a great little cafe/winebar/info/tourplace w. some retail therapy (supporting the local community) weaved in, relatively recently opened up by sibling couple Kate and Danny. I treated myself to brie cheese (!!!) with accompaniments and a glass of red. Seriously, how good was that? I haven't had cheese for 2,5 months. And I'm a cheese buff. It was NICE... (I know it's a hard life). If you're ever in Kampot, go check this place out.
