...it's been lovely! On our last morning in town, we hit the market stalls at 10:30am (about 2 hrs post brekkie, but we did do yoga in the morning!), not only to make sure we were full boarding our 15 hr train journey, but also to buy some takeaway for dinner. All amazingly yummy stuff. Hoi An definitely has the top culinary spot in Vietnam so far, with specials like "white rose" (local dumpling in shape of a rose), Cao Lau (wonderful pork noodle soup), fried wontons etc etc etc.
